After writing resumes, cover letters and giving interviews when you finally achieve what you desire, it becomes very important to retain what you have got. It is very crucial to start your job successfully to create a positive impression. - Take notes of whatever is discussed during the meetings to keep a record of the workings of the company and to work accordingly. It will be considered as a sign of respect to his words by your boss.
- Discuss the agenda of meeting with the people who led the meeting after reviewing the whole issue deeply to make them understand that you are fully involved though a new member in the company.
